If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox. We cannot replace an order that was stolen, we recommend making sure your address is secure.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

· Unopened Items: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund of the order total.

· Opened/Used Items: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

· Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR FREE RETURN

We’ve made returning your items simple by syncing with our delivery partners. To start your free return:

1. Locate your Tracking Number from your shipping confirmation email.

2. Visit the website of the Carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, DHL) that delivered your package.

3. Follow the carrier's specific return instructions to process a FREE RETURN to the shipper.

Once the carrier accepts the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
