How to do it: 

*Come onto all fours with your hands in front of the shoulders and your knees directly below your hips. 

*Exhale and lift the knees from the floor, at first keeping them slightly bent, and your heels off the floor. 

*Stretch the heels toward the floor. 

*Firm your shoulder blades against the back. Hold the pose.

* Kneel on the ground.

* Put both your hands forward on the ground.

* Bend backwards and try to touch the soles of your feet with your hands. 

* Look back and keep your chest lifted up. 

* Hold this position for a few breaths before you release.

* Keep your toes stiff, your neck straight and your eyes on your feet. 

* Hold the position, inhale and exhale for a couple of seconds and then release.
