We totally accept returns! They just need to be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, please reach our team at info@remiliahair.com with an order number and you will be refunded in full to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on statement.

For a discount code to take effect it must be applied at checkout. Expired discount codes or attempts to apply a discount code after an order has been made will not be recognized (Sorry!). US SHIPPING
Remilia processes, packs and ships orders in 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox. We cannot replace an order that was stolen, we recommend making sure your address is secure.

PRODUCTS
Remilia ingredients are sourced from all over the globe. The Cosmocap Hair Serum is formulated and produced in Italy and the product is assembled in our logistic centers, in the US & UK.
Never. We do not perform animal testing and will never test on animals in the future. We test only on our closest family and friends, who are always more than happy to try out some new exclusive Remilia products!
Our Cosmocap shells are 100% vegan, made of seaweed and corn starch. Our Cosmocap Hair Serum however, although ethically sourced, is not 100% vegan.
The silk protein found in our Cosmocaps are harvested from a silkworm's cocoon. However, we only harvest after the silkworm moth has already emerged from its cocoon, therefore no harm or damage is done to the worm whatsoever.
No silkworms are harmed during the production of the silk protein ingredient.
No, All Remilia products are sulfate-free and paraben-free.
Our Cosmocap Hair Serum does contain silicones. The silicones actually provide an ideal vehicle for delivering certain actives that show long-term improvement over time (like keratin amino acids).
The silicones we use are super lightweight and easy to wash off, so they’re less likely to build up and block out hydration!
Actives, including oils, can be sensitive to air and light, and can oxidize or break down over time with exposure, if not protected. The capsule effectively protects the ingredients and delivers a fresh dose each time.
Yes! All products are gluten-free. As product extensions are released, we will make a note of any exceptions to that rule in this section.
Yes! Remilia Formulas are clinically tested and do not cause any allergic reactions.
Yes, Remilia is safe for use on extensions. We do not have sulfates or SLS in our formulas, meaning that our products are totally mild and don’t harm your extensions!
Yes, all of our products have tested safe for color-treated hair.

Yes! Our Remilia Bottles are made to be recyclable and repurposed. Whether it’s hair accessories, pins or jewelry, the bottles are perfect for storage and look great in any bathroom/bedroom.
Fun Fact: The cork on the Remilia Bottles are also made from recycled cork themselves!
Our Cosmocaps are 100% biodegradable and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Once you’ve used up all the silky goodness inside, the capsules can be melted down! Simply place them in hot water and they melt within 10 minutes. You can then water your plants with this, making it a super great fertilizer. Ah, the circle of life!
